This is the second time I’ve used O’Dea Entertainment for my birthday party. He was originally recommended to me by one of the major downtown hotels Sales/Catering managers who raved about him. They were right; he is SUPERB! I pre-selected every song I wanted him to play, but at the party we asked for some others and he had them all. His mom, Clara, runs the business side of things and she’s a delight to work with. They are terrific!!
Mike was a great DJ!!! We gave him a few suggestions and he was able to create an awesome playlist that kept the dance floor full the while night!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
I recently had O’Dea DJ my wedding reception and we absolutely loved them. They were so easy to work with and did an awesome job the night of. The dance floor was always full! I’d definitely recommend them!
The DJ was great….personable, easy to work with, suggested an alternative to our plan that was better and worked t well. We had requested that the music be low for dinner, so the older people could hear the conversation, and he did, and then during dinner came by to check that it was okay. After the reception several people said that the reception went so smoothly and flowed easily. The DJ also was great at not inserting himself and and his personality into the times he was announcing. Professional, pleasant, cooperative. We had a delightful, stress free evening. Do hire them!
Michael did a wonderful job of DJ’ing at our wedding. He was well prepared and coordinated our selected songs as well as the songs for our drag performers’ seven song numbers. He was also very accommodating during the pre-meal toasts, ensuring our friends had a glass of champagne for the toast. Finally, he was very flexible with added requests as well as the end of the wedding in helping to provide a microphone for some last minute speeches.
O’Dea was great, we had Ed as our DJ and he rocked! He was so helpful in our planning and made sure that we had a great party. Everyone enjoyed the music and we always had people on the dance floor. If you are looking for an experienced and very professional DJ, you can’t go wrong with O’Dea!
We found everything to be amazing! Our transportation was late and Ed was very reassuring that the music for the ceremony and reception would not be effected. Our guests were on the dance floor all night, even my 86 year old grandpa, and everyone loved the music!
